We are now expanding our sales team and are looking for a proactive, precise, and reliable Sales Support colleague who enjoys working in a friendly, dynamic, and life science-focused environment.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the sales team in their daily operational tasks
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Handling orders, communicating with customers via email and telephone
- Liaising with international suppliers (Bio-Rad)
- Administering product information, contracts and tenders
- Managing databases
We are looking for you if…
- you work quickly, accurately, and independently
- you like to organize and have an eye for detail
- you are not afraid of lots of emails and international communication
- you speak at least intermediate English (daily use)
- you like scientific and technical topics (no specialization required, we will train you!)
Advantages, but not requirements
- Sales support / admin / customer relations experience
- Previous work in a life sciences or B2B environment
