- Mouse anti Human CD15
- Description
- Identification of CD15 that recognizes a human mylelomonocytic antigen. The structure recognized by CD15 antibodies is lacto-N-fucopentose III.1. The CD15 antigen is present on greater than 95% of mature peripheral blood eosinophils and neutrophils. It is present at low density on circulating monocytes. In lymphoid tissue CD15 reacts with Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkins disease and with granulocytes. However, CD15 reacts with only a few tissue macrophages and does not react with dendritic cells.
